MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT
PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time, or until the photographer captures the images needed.
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable to a future mini session.(1 week notice of postponements is required).
WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.
COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Michelle Korte Photography.
CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions for commercial use without written consent of MKP.
